I did not get this bracelet for pregnancy, but for the fact that I love bloodstone and did not have a bracelet with it. This is a really nice bracelet. It contains varying beads of the Mariyam jasper and bloodstone that are rather pretty. The beads are large enough to see well what they are but not overly so to be overwhelming or uncomfortable to wear. The band is easy to adjust and opens fairly wide, so someone with swelling issues should still be able to wear it without any problem. They had a nice thank you note in the box along with a free pendant as a gift, and they provide a velvet bag that can be used as a gift bag. There was a piece of paper in the box that says it is certified naturally earth mined. Cannot say how authentic the note is, but they do look like real crystals. I would be willing to get another from this brand.
